Volunteer For Us
Support the work of TASC The Ambulance Staff Charity
We are currently looking for volunteers to help spread the word about TASC The Ambulance Staff Charity and the work we do to support ambulance staff and their families in their time of need. Roles include:
-
Champion
Champions are leaders in their region and are the foundation of TASC’s volunteer support structure. Our Champions are passionate about raising awareness and inspiring others to volunteer. Working collaboratively with others, they develop and expand volunteer groups in their area and may also support TASC staff at events or speak at conferences.
-
Peer Support Volunteer
Peer Support Volunteers are ambulance staff who want to support their colleagues’ health and wellbeing. Using their own experiences to support colleagues in a safe and confidential environment, they provide a listening ear and signpost to appropriate TASC services. This role requires specialist training. If you would like to know more about the role or the training involved, email: volunteering@theasc.org.uk
